If you need to apply for a recognition of courses relevant to the registration period in September 2025 (e.g. if the courses to be recognised are a requirement for the courses you want to register for), you have to hand in your application by August 22.

For external recognitions (courses from other departments/universities) the deadline is August 8. Note that this is the deadline for final hand-in. Since external recognitions require previous consultation, please already send your request BEFORE that deadline.

You can still hand in applications after these deadlines, but they may not get processed until after the registration period in September.
